Through the New York Restaurant Industry Roundtable, ROC-NY brings together restaurant employers, workers, and consumers who meet regularly to develop and share strategies that will help restaurants of all sizes take the “high road” to profitability, and who are setting the trend for integrity, respect, and good working conditions in the New York City restaurant industry.
